
Warranties, Refunds & Terms of Purchase
By signing/confirming your quote or contract you are agreeing to the terms of service. These are always done fairly and covers both parties in case of any damages or breach of works. Look at it as a safety net so you know your rights and what is expected .
We offer 10 years warranty on all works performed.

The process for the 10 year workmanship warranty is fairly straight forward. If you have any issues with the workmanship of works performed, please contact right away and we will send the boss out to run through the issue. If the issue is caused by something we did you will be fully compensated with a replaced part or fixed issue.

Are supplier offers 10 year warranty on all parts also. If you have a faulty part, please let us know and we will replace the issue free of charge.

Below we have listed the terms we stick by when it comes to agreeing commencement of our services. For us these are non-negotiables and are to be considered prior to agreeing commencement. This is solemnly how we do business.

Terms of Service
Deposits
The deposit will vary depending on the job. It is important you discuss with us what works best for you prior to agreeing to commence. We make the deposit do two things, pay for the materials and admin. This is done so we are not left with supplier bills to pay if you decide to no longer go ahead with order once placed. We also request the admin side, so we are also paid for are time. We believe this to be a fair system. If you decide to pull out of the job/order you may not be eligible for a full refund depending on the amount of work done already to this stage. If the deposit included the admin, you will get the material money back assuming the order has not already been placed. Once order has been placed you may not be able to get he material payment back either .
Damages of pulling out of works
Besides possibly not getting your money back on already ordered materials or completed work you may also be liable for damages. These damages may result in additional work fees with emails back and forth or further to any legal fees accrued. Keep in mind we request this due to time wasted which could have been used elsewhere on other clients. Each and every delay costs us money as its time "somebody" ends up paying and we do not agree with passing this "time" onto the next clients. We believe this is also a fair condition.
Prices on quotes are valid for that time, we may request to amend price if time has passed. If you are supplying us with vital information and its wrong or missing this may affect the price or job from continuing. We may request payment for time in this situation.
All quotes are only valid for the time it is issued. We may request to amend the price and please understand this is only due to suppliers constantly changing pricing. If the quote is subject to accuracy from provided measurements or instructions from you and end up being incorrect this may result in a price change or if unable the job may be impossible to complete rendering the quote useless based on the grounds of incorrect provided information. Certain circumstances we may request payment for are time or only offer you a partial refund minus the time of work completed. We also belive this is fair.
